NRA Refuse To Be A Victim Seminar
One of the most important steps toward ensuring your own safety is having a personal safety strategy in place before you need it. NRA’s Refuse To Be A Victim program teaches the tips and techniques you need to be alerted to dangerous situations and to avoid criminal confrontation.
The Refuse To Be A Victim program is not a firearms or self-defense class. It is a seminar that will help you improve your personal safety strategies and will provide you with valuable information that you can apply in every area of your life. We cover a broad range of violent crimes, property crimes, motor vehicle theft, and discuss ways to protect what is valuable and dear to you! This is an interactive class where we encourage input from all our participants on previous experience and focus on topics that are areas of interest and/or concern.
NOTE: This class will be held in the Members only Double Barrel Bar and Kitchen at the Preserve at Boulder Hills! The main course will be chicken, to include sides, rolls, and soft drinks. Vegan and Gluten requests will also be accommodated as well.
We are very glad to resume Preserve Academy classes and are keeping your health and safety as our highest priority. For each class, please bring a face mask and hand sanitizer. We will ensure classrooms, the range and all other areas related to your class are regularly cleaned and sanitized.

Member and Guest Dress Code.
When entering the Members Lodge Clubhouse, inclusive of the Double Barrel Kitchen Restaurant inside and outside dining, and the Preserve Academy classroom, we kindly ask that you abide by our Resort Casual Dress Code, permitting collared shirts, dress shorts, cotton and linen slacks, dressy blouses, pullover tops, dresses and maxi dresses, dress jeans, and close toed shoes.
Nonconforming clothing includes but is not limited to; bathing suits, beach coverups, camisoles, hoodies, non-dressy Jeans, carpenter pants, T-shirts, sweat suits, cutoffs, torn shorts, yoga pants, sneakers, and flip-flops.
