Pistol Instructor Development Workshop
Do you have a Pistol Instructor Certification but are looking to bring your pistol instructor skills to the next level? There is a big difference between having a pistol instructor certification… and being a pistol instructor who has the knowledge and skills to diagnose and correct flaws in a student’s shooting fundamentals.
This 4-hour class will give the instructor the opportunity to refine their skills and build on the fundamentals taught in a pistol instructor class. This course combines classroom and range time. In the classroom the instructor will learn how to recognize, diagnose and be given methods to fix the problems that a struggling shooter is having. During the range portion of this class the instructor will be able to put their newly acquired skill to the test by working one on one with a shooter experiencing these difficulties. This class is limited to 6 pistol instructors to provide a personalized approach to working with a student.
Required equipment: Sturdy belt and holster, semi-automatic handgun, 100 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection and 10 dummy rounds for your caliber gun.
Prerequisite: Pistol instructor certification required
