Pistol Cleaning Class
Did you buy a new pistol but can’t make it through the manual to learn disassembly, cleaning, lubricating, and reassembly? Are you tired of searching for videos on the internet then having a feeling the person “teaching” in the video isn’t sure what they are doing? Are you an experienced shooter but still want to learn an in-depth approach to field striping your pistol, understanding the function of each part, and knowing where to clean and lubricate to ensure peak performance… especially if you plan on using a firearm for lawful self-defense? If your answer is “yes” to any of the above questions, we have a stress-free solution for you!
Join us for our Pistol Cleaning Course where we will help you disassemble your pistol, explain exactly what parts need to be thoroughly inspected and cleaned, where to apply lubrication, how to assemble your pistol, and ensure you are doing the correct function check to guarantee your pistol is assembled correctly. Plus… we tell you what not to do when cleaning your pistol!
It doesn’t matter what make, model, or caliber pistol you own, we will cover it in this two (2) hour course. Our goal is to ensure you “learn-by-doing” so when you leave our course, you understand how to disassemble, clean, lubricate, and assemble your pistol without any assistance! Seats are also limited for this course to ensure each person gets the personal attention they need!
Materials required: Bring your unloaded pistol in a case, pistol cleaning kit (we will have them for sale during the course if you don’t have one for an additional $30.00), and do not bring any live ammunition into the classroom.
We are very glad to resume Preserve Academy classes and are keeping your health and safety as our highest priority. For each class, please bring a face mask and hand sanitizer. We will ensure classrooms, the range and all other areas related to your class are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
