Introduction to Low-Light Pistol Shooting – According to the FBI, the majority of shootings occur in low light conditions, yet a majority of firearms training is conducted in daylight conditions. Here is an opportunity to bring your training to the next level and add new skills to your firearms training.
We cover the physiology of vision in reduced light, target identification, shoot and no-shoot situations, gun mounted lights, hand-held flashlights, low-light shooting drills, and more! Students should have prior shooting experience.
Required equipment: Semi-automatic handgun or revolver, spare magazine, 150 rounds, handheld flashlight, eye protection, and ear protection.
Required prerequisites: NRA Basic Pistol class, Defensive Handgun 200 and One-Handed Shooter class.

When entering the Members Lodge Clubhouse, inclusive of the Double Barrel Kitchen Restaurant inside and outside dining, and the Preserve Academy classroom, we kindly ask that you abide by our Resort Casual Dress Code, permitting collared shirts, dress shorts, cotton and linen slacks, dressy blouses, pullover tops, dresses and maxi dresses, dress jeans, and close toed shoes.
Nonconforming clothing includes but is not limited to; bathing suits, beach coverups, camisoles, hoodies, non-dressy Jeans, carpenter pants, T-shirts, sweat suits, cutoffs, torn shorts, yoga pants, sneakers, and flip-flops.
