Fly Fishing (100)
We will cover the basics of fly fishing in the classroom and on the pond. Starting with fundamentals like the differences between fly and spin rods, types of flies, fly line construction, casting basics, reel selection and how to present a fly to fish, we’ll talk streamers, wet and dry flies plus some basic entomology and then pack up the gear and get to the fishing. You’ll leave excited to start fly fishing on your own, knowing how to identify local fish and which fly set up is best for you.
